Topical Application

Circulation: rosemary oil can be massaged on the body diluted to help stimulate blood flow, and help the body process most out of the nutrients ingested with food.

Skin conditions: the oil contains antimicrobial and antiseptic properties which can help heal skin troubles like acne, oily skin, and eczema. Add a drop or two to lotion, mix with coconut oil to create a soothing salve or dilute in a carrier oil and rub gently into the skin. 

Hair: stimulates hair growth, promotes a healthier scalp and improves shine and condition of the hair. Add 5 drops of rosemary oil to 4 tbs of coconut oil or any other carrier oil (previously melted and then cooled off). Apply this mixture with your fingertips and massage it into your scalp and leave it on for 30 minutes or apply it overnight before you go to bed. Wash it off as usual. Apply once a week, or every 3 days to strengthen your hair. 

Pain release: this oil has painkilling and anti-inflammatory qualities which can help treat headaches, muscle pains and arthritis. Add a few drops to a warm bath and relax to soothe painful muscles and joints. Headaches can be eased by palm inhalation or rubbing diluted oil into your temples or forehead.

Body detoxifier: massaging a few drops blended with a carrier oil can have beneficial effects on the liver and gallbladder, according to Ayurvedic medicine. These organs help detoxify the body and rosemary oil helps improving production of bile and to remove harmful liver enzymes.

Oil Specific: non-toxic, non-irritant if diluted,non-sensitizing. Avoid if epileptic, pregnant, or have high blood pressure. Avoid in children 3 years old or younger.

General: keep out of reach of children and pets. Not for internal use unless taken under the supervision or recommendation of an aromatherapist professional. Do not use undiluted on the skin, eyes, or mucous membranes; it could cause allergic reactions. Always test first on a small portion of your skin. If you are pregnant, consult with a healthcare provider/ professional experienced with essential oils as some essential oil are less tolerated while others are well loved by pregnant women.

Storage and Handling: the shelf life of ESSENTIAL OILS is usually around 1 year after they're opened, and up to 2 years when unopened. All essential oils oxidize and are subject to lose their therapeutic value and aromatic quality in time. Essential oils benefit from proper storage and handling. Avoid keeping essential oils in a location that is prone to sudden temperature changes such as the bathroom or kitchen. Store them in a cool, dark place, away from heat and light.
