Anti-inflammatory Smoothie with Organic Gingergrass Oil

Here’s what you need for 2 servings:

1/2 cup coconut or almond milk (heated up during the colder months)

1/4 cup hot filtered water (during the colder months)

1 medium banana

1 fresh kiwi (or other fruit you like)

1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

a dash of black pepper (to increase absorption of turmeric)

1 tbs of extra virgin olive oil (also to help increase the absorption of turmeric)

a dash of Himalayan salt or sea salt

1 drop USDA Organic Ginger essential oil

1 tsp of raw Chocolate nibs (optional to garnish)
